Soul Of Communications

Communication in the workplace is critical for businesses to operate smoothly and effectively. I believe that employees who can communicate within a company will have higher morale, resulting in an increase in productivity and ultimately a devotion to the organization. From my experiences, these qualities can be built when the employers invest time and effort in establishing open channels of communication with their employees.


Insufficient or weak communication processes will result in unmotivated employees who will begin to doubt their abilities and the company they work for. Employees who interact successfully with their co-workers, bosses, and customers, on the other hand, remain significant assets to a firm.

In order for a successful interaction, I believe critical thinking is to be applied. This enables the individuals to provide precise and transparent context when conversing. This aids the targeted audience to better understand the thought process behind the message.

In conclusion, I believe critical thinking and communication conjointly will improve productivity in the
workplace.
